<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent water from infiltrating among strands from a drain wire of a shield wire to an extension line, and effect connection and waterproof treatment of the drain wire and the extension line in a compact way with the less number of components and less manhour. <P>SOLUTION: In a structure in which an end part 5a of the extension line 5 is connected to the drain wire 2 of the shield wire 1 through a terminal and the other end part of the extension line is arranged inside a waterproof connector 11, the terminal 12 is provided with a cylindrical part 13 for liquid-tightly inserting the one end part 5a of the extension line 5 and a sealing wall 14 forming a space for sealing in the one end part in the cylindrical part, with the one end part and the drain wire isolated with the sealing wall.
