<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the periphery of a pot from becoming dirty by suppressing the generation of bubbles and droplets, when stewing over a long time using an induction heating cooker. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker includes a DC power source circuit 2, which rectifies AC power and converts it into a DC power; an inverter circuit 7, which converts DC power output from the DC power source circuit into high-frequency power; a heating coil having an inner coil 31 for heating the center of the installed pot and an outer coil 33 for heating the outer peripheral part of the pot which is driven by the high-frequency power, converted by the inverter circuit 7; an operation key operated during cooking for arousing convection in the pot and stirring the ingredients by the convection; and a control means which makes the high-frequency power output to the outer coil 33 being lower than the high-frequency power output to the inner coil 31, by controlling the inverter circuit 7, when the operation key is operated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
