HEAT-DISSIPATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A radiator is provided to effectively radiate heat transmitted to the radiating pins through generating of compulsory airflow inside the radiating pins. CONSTITUTION: One surface of a heat sink(100) is connected to a heat generating unit. A heat radiating pins(110) is arranged on an edge of the heat sink. In other side of the heat sink, a space is formed inside of the heat radiation pins. A plurality of blades(201~204) flows by air with rotation. The blades is located on channel space. A driving unit rotates the blades to a bidirectional in predetermined constant on rotation angle by a force of an electromagnetic power.
