PURPOSE: An RFID device is provided to control the activation of a memory unit according to the level of power supply voltage and to prevent the operation error of a memory cell so that a memory unit is not operated in case power voltage is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A digital unit(200) detects a command signal which is outputted from a wireless signal transceiving terminal and outputs a chip enable signal. A memory(400) performs a data read or write operation according to a control signal which is applied from the digital unit. A memory activation control unit(300) detects the level of power voltage and generates a detection signal. The memory activation control unit outputs an operation signal to the memory according to the chip enable signal. |
