PURPOSE: A multi-functional synthetic resin composition is provided to ensure an electromagnetic wave shield function, anti-oxidizing function by UV rays, flame-retardant function, high weight, high strength, and various coloring function. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a multi-functional synthetic resin composition comprises the steps of: molding step 30~60 wt% thermoplastic resin, 20~50 wt% silica fume 20~50 wt% fly ash and flame retardant in the amount of 6~120 parts by weight of based on 100.0 parts by weight of synthetic resin at 230~260 °C at 70~80 rpm in a cylinder screw; injecting 20~50 parts by weight of PS balls based on 100.0 parts by weight of synthetic resin and blending the mixture with a 30L/D screw; and maintaining the composition discharged in a previous step at 230~260 °C and storing the composition in a storage tank capable of pressure extrusion by a screw. |
