The cabinet (1) has an air conveying device e.g. cross-flow fan, for enforcing an air flow on a rear side of a frame (10) from top to bottom. Passage openings (30) are spaced at a distance from each other in vertical and/or horizontal direction and provided at the frame. A partial air flow, which is branched from the air flow, is flown as a cooling air through the openings from a rear side to a front side of the frame and supplied to heat generating electrical and/or electronic devices (2, 4, 6). Electrical wiring of the devices extends partly on rear side of the frame.
