EPITAXY COIL ON CHIP AND THE MANUFACTURE METHOD

PURPOSE: A stack coil-on-chip and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a performance of the antenna by configuring a multilayer antenna or a film type antenna. CONSTITUTION: A COB(Chip On Board) PCB(110) is configured as PCB film and a contactless terminal contacted to a COB electrode. A MPU (Micro Processor Unit)(120) is settled in an upper center of a COB PCB. An antenna terminal(130) is composed of a conductor(131) and an insulator(132). The conductor coats conductive ink to a circumference of the MPU and is formed. The conductor coats non conductive ink and is formed on upper and is formed in upper part of the conductor.
