PURPOSE: A method for optimizing the arrangement of LEDs of an LED advertising device and a program recording medium therefor are provided to easily optimize the location, the gap, and the number of LEDs. CONSTITUTION: An SVG file is loaded from a computer(S1). The interval of LEDs to be arranged on a substrate is inputted in consideration of an advertisement image(S2). The location of an LED is calculated through the SVG file(S3). The calculated location of the LED is displayed on a screen(S4). The operation environment of an LED advertisement device is inputted(S6). A wiring connection relation is calculated in consideration of the arrangement location of an LED(S7). A net list file in which an electrical connection property is defined is generated(S8). A gerber file for processing a PCB is generated by optimizing the arrangement of the LEDs and components(S10).
