<p>PURPOSE: An insulation spherical roller bearing and a design method thereof are provided to reduce vibration and the generation of heat by using an automatic safety function and an axial displacement function. CONSTITUTION: A design method of an insulation spherical roller bearing comprises following steps. The external diameter(D), inner diameter(d), and width(B) of a bearing is decided. The height difference of the inner circumference of the outer wheel is calculated into rate based on the average diameter of a bearing. The curvature of the inner circumference of the outer wheel is calculated using the height difference of the bearing width and the height difference.</p> |
