<p>PURPOSE: An overhead jig and a solar cell string manufacturing device using the same are provided to reduce the overall tact time by simplifying the system configuration by picking up a unit ribbon and an overhead jig simultaneously and transferring the picked objects to a main conveyor unit. CONSTITUTION: Frames(310,320,330) are combined with a jig body(350) in a vertical direction. The frames are separated from each other. A pressure plate(341,342) is combined with a plurality of frames in a horizontal direction. An elastomer adds elasticity to the pressure plates. A contact ball is prepared on the lower side of the pressurizing plates, specifically in each location that is contacted with the unit ribbon.</p> |
