PURPOSE: A method for recovering molybdenum concentrate for lubricant by floating selection is provide to collect high purity molybdenum concentrate by suppressing impurities through floating selection. CONSTITUTION: A method for recovering molybdenum concentrate for lubricant by floating selection comprises following steps. Half-normal molybdenum concentrate is smashed and shattered(S200). The shattered molybdenum concentrate is suspended in the solution, and ore solution is produced(S300). Molybdenum concentrate is collected since water catching agent, foaming agent, and inhibitor are put into the ore solution(S400). The molybdenum concentrate comprises molybdenite(MoS2), quartz(Si2), biotite(K(Mg, Fe)3 AlSi3O10(OH)2), albite, lead 0.01% or less, zinc 0.012% or less, and copper 0.011% or less. |
