PURPOSE: A sewing machine comprising a transfer device is provided to simply and quickly control the pressure to a fabric. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device(10) mounted in a sewing machine(100) comprises: a plate fixed on a base of the sewing machine; and a conveyor belt mounted on two rollers. The transfer device is connected to the conveyor belt for translational motion of the fabric placed between the plate and conveyor belt. The transfer device comprises one or more pressing elements which is operated by a piston. A cylinder is fixed to a support structure of the conveyor belt and comprises an elastic device. |
