<p>PURPOSE: A substrate feeder is provided to ensure a simplified structure by reducing the number of shafts required for changing the feed direction of substrates. CONSTITUTION: A substrate feeder comprises a first feed unit(110) and a second feed unit(120). The first feed unit transfers substrates in a first direction using a plurality of shafts(111) and rollers(115) installed on the shafts. The second feed unit transfers the substrates that are transferred by the first feed unit in a second direction. The second feed unit comprises a plurality of roller members installed between the shafts.</p> |
