OPENING APPARATUS FOR TEST HANDLER

PURPOSE: An opening device for a test handler is provided to easily replace an opening board. CONSTITUTION: An elevation module(210) can elevate. An operation unit is placed on the elevation module. An opening board(220) is placed on the elevation module, elevates by the elevation of the elevation module, and includes a mounting unit and a plurality of opening pins. The mounting unit can be mounted or not mounted on the elevation module according to a manipulation state of a manipulation unit. The opening pins can open an insert of a carrier board. A driving source provides a driving force to elevate the elevation module.
