PURPOSE: A hydridization bio-chip reaction system using a bead chamber is provided to improve reaction efficiency of a sample and bio-marker. CONSTITUTION: A bio-chip reaction system(100) comprises: a bead chamber(110) having a bead injection space(116) for containing a microbead(111); a chamber tape for bonding the lower side of a bead chamber and the upper side of a bio-chip; and a bio-chip(120) forming a reaction spaced. The bead chamber comprises a sample inlet port(112); a sample moving pipe for moving the sample to the lower reaction space; and a sample discharge port for discharging the reacted sample.
