PURPOSE: A precast concrete filled steel pipe and manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce construction costs and period by reducing the use of steel material. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete filled steel pipe is composed like next. A reinforcement plate(10) is united on the junction of a beam(200) and steel pipe column(100). One end of the junction of the steel pipe column and step is cut. The cross section of the steel pipe column is covered and welded with the reinforcement plate.
