PURPOSE: An inlay layer for a combi-card, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the damage on the contact point between an antenna terminal and a COB terminal. CONSTITUTION: Through a connection line(134), the both end units of an antenna(130) is connected to a metal terminal(132). An adhesion preventing space(112) is formed, and the connection contact portion of the antenna and the connection line is placed between first and second adhesive sheets(110,120). The antenna is placed between the first and second adhesive sheets, and the antenna is compressed.
