PURPOSE: A small rotary compressor is provided to minimize abrasion by additionally installing a bearing in the end of a vane which is in contact with the outer surface of a roller. CONSTITUTION: A small rotary compressor comprises cases(10,20,30), a cylinder(50), a shaft(60), a roller(70), vanes(51,52), and a rotor(130). The cases comprise an air intake tube and an air discharge tube. The cylinder has a space connected to the air intake tube. An air outlet is formed in one side of the cylinder. Air flowing through the air intake tube is compressed and is discharged to the outside through the air outlet. The shaft is rotated inside the cylinder. The roller is coupled to the outer surface of the shaft and is rotated with the shaft. The vanes divide the space of the cylinder. The rotor is coupled to the shaft and is rotated with the shaft. A nitro-carburized layer is formed on the surface that the cylinder meets contact with the roller. |
