<p>PURPOSE: A PCR apparatus which reduces power consumption is provided to release heat to a heat exchanger and to improve cooling and heating performance of a thermoelectric element. CONSTITUTION: A PCR apparatus(10) comprises amplifying units(20), a power supply which controls the amplifying units, an IC thermistor(50), and a controller. The amplifying units comprises first, second, and third amplifying units which are thermally connected through a heat exchanger. The power supply provides power by being connected to the thermoelectric element. The IC thermistor is attached at one side of a sample containing block.</p> |
