Composition for promoting control of total and LDL cholesterol and/or weight loss and/or thermogenesis including: - extract of green tea: 200-300 mg, - extract of guarana: 160-260 mg, - extract of yerba mate: 100-300 mg, - conjugated linoleic acid (CLA): 700-3400 mg, wherein the three extracts have variable concentrations of caffeine, that of green tea including at least 50% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), and the CLA at least 50% trans-10,cis-12 CLA (10-12 CLA) and 50% cis-9,trans-11 CLA (9-11 CLA). |
