<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure for producing agricultural products which enables creation of the cultivation environment optimum for cultivating agricultural products without embracing any high cost for air conditioning or laid-down engineering work; and to provide a method for producing agricultural products. <P>SOLUTION: The building structure for producing agricultural products includes: a dug part formed under the ground at a prescribed depth by digging the ground; a soil-blocking member including a plurality of column materials set up from the bottom surface of the dug part so as to be exposed at the above-ground part, and wall members surrounding the dug part in a formation of striding the column materials at least adjacent to each other to form a cultivation space containing the dug part and the above-ground part formed at the upper part of the dug part; a soil-filled-up part formed by filling soil on the outside of the part exposed at the above-ground part of the wall materials to have a prescribed height; and a roof covering the upper part of the cultivation space formed with the column materials, so that the agricultural products can be cultivated in the cultivation space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
