PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of certification which certifies that a certain piece of electronic information has been laid open on a network for public viewing under certain conditions. SOLUTION: An evidence, which is sent from a user 1 via an arbitrary client 2 on a network 4, that an access has been made to disclosed information is collected, with no need to access to the disclosed information by a certification service. The user 1 is given a discount ticket 21 which can be used in an ecommerce site 5 as a consideration for the evidence in order to urge a transmittance of the evidence by the arbitrary user 1. The disclosure certification service 6 sells the collected evidence (an access certificate 14) to an information disclosure site 3. When the discount ticket 21 sent to the user 1 is used at the e-commerce site 5, the e-commerce site 5 charges the amount of discount granted by the discount ticket 21 to the disclosure certification service 6. The disclosure certification service 6 demands payment for the difference between the price at which the access certificate 14 is sold and the amount of the discount ticket 21 to the information disclosure site 3. |
