A method for stabilizing parameters of viability and productivity of laboratory cultures of proovigenous entomophages includes growing Trichogramma in laboratory conditions in eggs of host insects. Right after the rebirth of imago a diet as a 2.5-3.0 % aqueous solution of maltose is fed. In addition, after coupling with males, the age of which does not exceed 2 days, the imago is fed with a protein diet as a mixture of a 5.5-6.0 % aqueous solution of hemolymph of caterpillars of the 4-5age of the cabbage moth or turnip moth, or cotton noctuid moth and a 0.02-0.03 % aqueous solution of native desoxyribonucleic acid. Prior to settling of the entomophages into agrocenoses, the last three days they are kept in the organism of host insects in a day time at an air temperature of +19-23 °C and a relative moisture of 65-70 %, and in night time at an air temperature of +12-14 °C and relative moisture of 55-60 %. |
