PURPOSE: A cosmetic material containing silicon elastomer is provided to absorb sebum and to prevent problem due to sebum. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic material contains 100 weight parts of silicon elastomer spherical phase with 0.1-100 um of average particle size and 0.5-25 weight parts of coated polyorganosilsesquioxane. The silicon elastomer contains silicon fine particles which is able to absorb 30 weight pars of oil material selected from the group consisting of sebum, hydrocarbon oil, and ester oil. The cosmetic material is manufactured in the form of liquid, emulsion, cream, solid, paste, gel, powder, multilayer, mousse, spray, stick, and pencil. |
