A FILTER WITH THE FUNCTION OF PLASMA STERILIZATION

PURPOSE: A plasma sterilizing filter is provided to increase the sterilizing performance of the filter by implementing a toxic factor absorbing process using a filtering unit. CONSTITUTION: A plasma sterilizing filter includes a case(10), a plasma generating unit(30), a gas separating unit(70), and a filtering unit(90). The case includes four spaces(11 to 14). Water is contained in a first space. A second space and a third space are in connection with the first space. The first space is arranged between the second space and the third space. The fourth space is separated from the second space and is in connection with the third space. The plasma generating unit passes through the first space and the second space and connects the third space and the fourth space. Air introduced into the fourth space is discharged by the plasma generating unit, and plasma is generated in the third space.
