PURPOSE: A lock device for a vehicle seat rail is provided to stably restrict a movable rail by including multiple lock brackets. CONSTITUTION: A lock device for a vehicle seat rail comprises a lock housing(21), a housing cover(22), a lock bracket(23), a lock spring, and a lock lever(25). The lock housing is placed along the longitudinal direction of a movable rail and comprises multiple guide holes opened to both sides of the movable rail. The housing cover is coupled with the lock housing and is combined with the moving rail. The lock bracket is inserted into each guide hole one by one and slides along the guide hole. Both ends of the lock spring are supported on the housing cover and the lock bracket. The lock lever is installed in the housing cover through a hinge shaft(27) and a lever spring(28). The lock lever contacts all lock brackets. |
