PURPOSE: A shaking compensating device with a piezoelectric actuator is provided to integrate a piezoelectric sheet with a piezoelectric actuator, thereby increasing the bonding strength of the piezoelectric actuator. CONSTITUTION: Piezoelectric vibrators(120a,120b) generate driving power in a weight(110). The weight is installed in the vertex area of a base(310). Rubbing rods(130a,130b) transfer driving power generated from the piezoelectric vibrators. The rubbing rods are inserted into a rubbing hole of a lens barrel(210).
