PURPOSE: An underwater crushing pump is provided to maximize cutting efficiency since foreign materials are not placed at the center of rotation and are guided to an inflow hole of a grinder ring. CONSTITUTION: An underwater crushing pump comprises a rotary shaft(20), a casing(30), an impeller(40), an upper cutter, a grinder ring(60), a lower cutter(70), and a cap(80). The rotary shaft is rotated by the driving force of the motor. An inlet is formed at the lower surface of the casing, and an outlet is formed on the side thereof. The impeller is placed inside the casing, is coupled with the rotary shaft, and is integrated with the rotary shaft. The upper cutter is placed inside the casing and is placed on the lower part of the impeller. The upper cutter is coupled with the rotary shaft and rotated with the rotary shaft. The grinder ring is formed with multiple inlets and is fixed in the casing. The lower cutter is coupled with the rotary shaft and is rotated with the rotary shaft.
