PURPOSE: A hygienic mask is provided to always maintain the hygienic mask clean and beautiful by replacing a respiratory organ front cover. CONSTITUTION: A hygienic mask comprises: a lower body(100) which is curved and in which a cover engaging groove portion is formed in the upper side thereof; a respiratory organ front cover(200) which is detachably combined with front upper side of the lower body; an earring string(300) which is worn on the ear of a wearer; and a jaw support(400) which supports the jaw of the wearer. In both side terminals of the lower body, a cover fixing unit recombination groove is formed.
