PURPOSE: A pretreatment of hydrolyzing lignocelluse biomass is provided to save energy and to effectively improve hydrolysis efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A pretreatment of hydrolyzing lignocellulose biomass comprises: a step of dipping lignocellulose biomass in the water and expanding; a step of performing wet grinding of the biomass; and a step of popping the biomass. A method for preparing bioethanol from the lignocellulose biomass comprises: a step of hydrolyzing the biomass; a step of saccharifying the biomass; and a step of fermenting.
