Device for control of thermo-defocusing of objective that includes placed in sequence on optical axis emitter, condenser, light filters, test object installed in focal plane of collimator objective, the objective that is controlled, block for analysis and transformation of image to electric signal that includes photo-receiving device, controller, stepping motor and computer output of which is connected to controller first input of which is connected to stepping motor that is connected to photo-receiver that performs micro-scanning in direction normal to image of test object, and the second output of controller is connected to the second input of the computer. Device includes heater of objective that is connected to potentiometer, temperature indicator that is connected to th4 third input of computer and stepping motor that is connected to photo-receiver that performs displacement of plane of photo-receiver in direction along optical axis, this one through controller is connected to computer. |
