<p>It is disclosed a method for initiating a courier transport with an electronic calendar information, characterized in that comprising the steps, receiving a first electronic calendar information initiated from a customer device in a dispatch logic device a request for a courier transport service for delivery and/or pickup of physical objects, calculating a time schedule with time slots for at least one available courier selected of a group of couriers considering workload, route planning, traffic conditions, and available resources in the dispatch logic device, sending a second electronic calendar information comprising at least one available courier transport option at scheduled times and/or a parcel compartment system as deposition option to the customer device, and receiving a third electronic calendar information from the customer device in the dispatch logic device and assigning a courier out of the group of couriers and/or the parcel compartment system according the option selected from the second electronic calendar information.</p> |
