The method involves inserting a primary matrix material in a fiber body (2) using a resin film for infiltration of the fiber body with a matrix material. A secondary matrix material is inserted in a leading hazard region (3) of the fiber body using the resin film for infiltration of the leading hazard region of the fiber body with the secondary matrix material such that leading of the primary matrix material is prohibited. The matrix materials are formed as matrix resin, where viscosity of the secondary matrix material is greater than that of the primary matrix material. An independent claim is also included for a molding tool for manufacturing a fiber composite component.
