PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a concrete foundation structure for connection of a streetlight post using centrifugation are provided to prevent accidents caused by exposed joints because the joint of a streetlight post and a concrete foundation structure is not exposed to outside. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a concrete foundation structure for connection of a streetlight post using centrifugation is as follows. A cylindrical frame(20), in which main and shear reinforcing bars are joined, is installed in a lower mold cavity(6) of a mold(1) comprising a pair of upper and lower molds(2,3) in order to form a cylindrical concrete foundation structure whose diameter is greater on the bottom than on the top. A guide pipe is installed to lead wires to the lower body position of the concrete foundation structure in the lower mold. Concrete is filled in the lower mold to bury the frame. Compaction using a vibrating rod and concrete filling are repeated, and the upper mold is coupled to the lower mold. The mold composed of the upper and lower molds is rotated at RPM of 200~300 for 2~5 minutes in a first centrifugal roller, at RPM of 700~800 for 2~5 minutes in a second centrifugal roller, and at RPM of 1300~1400 for 2~5 minutes in a third centrifugal roller. The mold is cured for six hours in a curing room. The upper mold is separated from the lower mold and a completed concrete foundation structure is removed from the lower mold. |
