PURPOSE: A pre-heater for a vehicle is provided to improve coupling force by preventing horizontal torsion and to reduce labor by insert-injecting elastic members in both side walls of a lower housing. CONSTITUTION: A pre-heater for a vehicle comprises an upper housing(110), a lower housing(120), and a heating unit(140). Ventilation holes(111,121) are formed in the upper and lower housings. The heating unit is arranged between the upper and lower housings. First coupling units(112) are formed in both sides of the upper housing. Second coupling units(122), corresponding to the first coupling units, are formed in both sides of the lower housing. The first and second coupling units are coupled to each other in the longitudinal direction of the upper and lower housings.
