PURPOSE: An artificial breast implant with a silicon open cell form layer on the surface, and a producing method thereof are provided to minimize the generation of the Capsular contracture after inserting the implant into the human body. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an artificial breast implant comprises the following steps: dipping a mold in a breast shape into a silicon solution for obtaining an artificial breast shell; drying and hardening the artificial breast shell attached to the mold using a dryer; forming an open cell foam layer(70) on the surface of the hardened shell; detaching the artificial breast shell from the mold by forming holes on the lower side of the artificial breast shell; and attaching a silicon film including a leakage prevention membrane to the holes.
