<p>The component has a carrier substrate connected with a piezoelectric substrate. The carrier substrate has a material with expansion coefficients. Comb electrodes (401, 402) are arranged on a surface of the piezoelectric substrate for exciting a surface acoustic wave (600). The comb electrodes comprise a length that amounts to 40 to 70 percent or less than a length of the piezoelectric substrate in a propagation direction of the wave.</p> |
