Disclosed is a process for the preparation of 2-[2-(3,5-diaryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-yl)-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1,3-tiazole-5-yl]-N-arylacetamides of general formula Iwhich involves interaction of equimolar quantity of thiosemicarbazide with R, R-substituted chalcones in ethyl alcohol medium.The prepared 3-R-5-R-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothiamide is condensed with arylsubstituted maleimides in acetic acid medium at boiling for 5-10 min. The reaction mass prepared is cooled, and final product of formula I is filtered.The disclosed technical decision provides wide range of substituted compounds of formula I, enables to reduce the number of process stages and duration thereof, to increase clean content, this significantly expands availability of those compounds in medicine, biology and pharmacy. |
