PURPOSE: A pixel circuit and an organic light emitting display using thereof are provided to implement ACL regardless of the structure of a display panel by limiting a current applied to the organic light emitting display. CONSTITUTION: In a pixel circuit and an organic light emitting display using thereof, A storage capacitor(Cst) is connected between a first power source and a first terminal. The second electrode of a third transistor(T3) is connected to the anode electrode of the organic light-emitting diode(OLED). A gate electrode is connected to a first scan line which is contacted with the first node. The gate electrode of the second transistor(T2) is connected to the first scan line. The first electrode of the second transistor is connected to the data line of the first node. The gate electrode of the fourth transistor(T4) is connected to a luminous control line. The gate electrode of the first transistor(T1) is connected to the first node. The voltage of the first node is controlled by the pulse width of the first scan signal.
