PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide magnetic particles for a diagnostic drug which causes little non-specific adsorption and makes a pellet after magnetic separation have proper viscosity. SOLUTION: The magnetic particle for the diagnostic drug contains magnetic fine particles and a polymer part which contains a hydrophilic polymer part and a crosslinkable polymer part and the contact angle of a dried coating film, obtained from an aqueous dispersion with water, is 5-60°.
