PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for continuously measuring a indicated value which enables the indicated value with successful accuracy and efficiency to be continuously recognized. SOLUTION: The system 100 is constituted of: an image acquisition part 11 which acquires photographed image data of the indicated value of a meter 300 from an imaging apparatus 200 which has photographed the photographed image; a table 106 in which an image extraction area to be processed among photographed image data is predetermined; an image extraction part 12 which extracts image data in an area applicable to the image extraction area in the table 106 from the acquired photographed image data, performs image recognition processing of the image data extracted here in each predetermined timing, generates indicated value information as electronic data and stores it into a memory 103; a change judgment part 13 which compares the indicated value information and the previous indicated value information in the memory 103 generated in the closest timing and judges presence/absence of the change of information; and an output part 14 which outputs the indicated value information to an output interface 104 when it is judged that there is the change of indicated value information by judgment.
