PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical component unit and an air conditioner comprising the same, capable of cooling electrical components and being easily miniaturized. SOLUTION: This electrical component unit 5 comprises a plurality of electrical components 50a-50d, a first board 51, a second board 52 and a cooling portion 53. The electrical components 50a-50d are mounted on the first board 51 and the second board 52. The cooling portion 53 has the plate-like outer shape opposite to the first board 51 and the second board 52, and has a heat transfer tube 59 wherein the fluid flows, inside thereof.
