<p>The shield (8) has supporting and fixation plates (20) arranged between ends of main longerons (12) and auxiliary longerons (16), respectively, where the shield is monoblock made of plastic material and formed of posts (28). The posts are formed in an alveolar structure. An upper bumper post (24) connects the posts. The posts are supported on the plates in a manner to act as shock absorbers. The shield is in H or inversed U shape conferred by the posts and the upper bumper post. An independent claim is also included for a bumper assembly for a motor vehicle.</p> |
