PURPOSE: An estimating and training control device for balance ability of the human body and a method therefor are provided to write a program for balance training. CONSTITUTION: An estimating and training control device for balance ability of the human body comprises a lower support(10), a vertical support(12), a left and right rotating body(30), a forward and rearward rotating body(40), a stage(45), and a fixture. The vertical support is perpendicularly installed at the upper part of the lower support. The left and right rotating body is installed in the upper part of the vertical support. The left right panning exercises the left right panning. The stage is installed in the lower part of the forward and rearward rotating body in the cross direction.
