An automatic weapon is formed with a straightline action bolt with rigid or semi - rigid locking which bolt has at its forward portion guide lugs 6, 6<SP>1</SP>, 7, 71 guided with clearance along guide tracks 8, 9 formed in the weapon casing. The bolt is also mounted with clearance at its rearward portion 10, Fig. 1 (not shown) in a bore of the bolt holder. The bolt is locked in position by rollers, cylinders or supporting flaps and is unlocked and moved rearwardly by a gas piston.</p> |
