The method involves activating a steam generating device (12), and supplying heated steam in a suds container (2) with an empty drum (3) and an activated draining device (18). The draining device is activated after exceeding a threshold value for temperature of the supplied steam, where the threshold value lies in a range between 65 and 80 degree Celsius. The drum is moved during supply of the steam into the suds container. The steam is generated and/or supplied into a lower area in space proximity to a drain opening (2a) of the suds container. |
