The device has a feeder chute (4) projecting downwards and comprising a feeder chute wall and upper and lower chute openings. Injection nozzles (12) are aligned to produce a liquid jet at a speed and comprise a downward aligned component and a component aligned along the feeder chute wall in a clockwise manner. The injection nozzles are led into injection openings (10) in the feeder chute wall. The injection openings are provided in an upper region of the feeder chute. The feeder chute exhibits a circular projecting cross section. An independent claim is also included for a processing device comprising a filling unit.
