MULTI-STAGE AMPLIFIER FOR LOW POWER CONSUMPTION

PURPOSE: A multi-stage amplifier for low power consumption is provided to prevent unnecessary power consumption by allowing the application of input voltage of a final terminal as much as necessity. CONSTITUTION: A first power amplifier(10) amplifies an inputted RF signal, and a voltage adjustment unit(30) is connected to the first power amplifier. The voltage adjustment unit cuts off the DC current component of an RF signal outputted to the first power amplifier. The voltage adjustment unit applies bias voltage. A second power amplifier(20) is connected to the voltage adjustment unit, and amplifies the signal outputted from the first power amplifier by receiving the voltage applied through the voltage adjustment unit.
