PURPOSE: A heel cup for shoes and insoles including thereof are provided to reduce the fatigue of feet of users by the excellent wearing feeling of the heel cup. CONSTITUTION: A heel cup for shoes comprises the following: a bottom unit(30) covering the lower side of insoles for contacting the heels of feet; a main body(50) formed with an edge unit surrounding the heels; and an arch supporting member(60) attached to the bottom unit and the edge unit. The main body includes a supporting board for supporting an end-unit of the arch supporting member. |
