PURPOSE: A putter head having a downward batting face is provided to make various characters of golf balls due to various putting strokes into normal character. CONSTITUTION: A putter head having a downward batting face includes a putter face(22). The putter face includes a groove(G). The groove inclines in the opposite direction of the loft angle and has different forward angles bigger than the loft angle. The groove comprises a lower groove group(31), a middle groove group(32), and upper groove group(33). The lower groove group comprises a downward batting face(31a). The middle groove group includes a downward batting face(32a). The upper groove group includes a downstream batting face(33a). |
